I first met Chazz back in May of this year, when Delicious Vinyl put on the first Bizarre Ride Live show at The Roxy - and I first heard him freestyle at an X-Large instore party on Vermont, sharing the mic with Pharcyde heroes Fatlip and J-Sw!ft. His calm and easy demeanor belies his smart and sharp talent, and makes it all the more impactful when he does get on the mic.

I’m not one to do the who ‘one-to-watch’ thing, but I really hope that bright things are instore for this cat. So, here’s a Q&A introducing Chazz Shabazz…
